Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) Is a contractor-led national association representing the HVACR industry.

Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) A trade association representing manufacturers of air conditioning, heating and commercial refrigeration equipment. AHRI’s 350 member companies account for more than 90 percent of the residential and commercial air conditioning, space heating, water heating, and commercial refrigeration equipment manufactured and sold in North America.

Air Movement and Control Association International, Inc. (AMCA) A not-for-profit international association of the world's manufacturers of related air system equipment.

American Gas Association (AGA) The American Gas Association represents local energy utility companies that deliver natural gas to homes, businesses and industries throughout the United States.

American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Inc. (ASHRAE) An international organization whose sole purpose is to advance the arts and sciences of HVACR for the public’s benefit.

Cooling Technology Institute (CTI) The Cooling Technology Institute is a nonprofit self-governing technical association that is dedicated to improvement in technology, design, performance and maintenance of evaporative heat transfer systems.
 
Food Marketing Institute (FMI) An organization who conducts programs in research, education, industry relations and public affairs on behalf of its members, food retailers and wholesalers.

Heating, Airconditioning and Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) An organization whose members are involved in the marketing and distribution of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment, parts and supplies, sheet metal, controls, filters, and other related HVACR products.

Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI) A national trade association of manufacturers, wholesalers and contractors in the Canadian HVACR industry who provide the products and services for indoor comfort and essential refrigeration processes.

HVAC Computer Systems, Ltd. Provides HVAC Load calculation software written by contractors for contractors.

Hydronics Industry Alliance (HIA) The upsurge in consumer interest in hydronic heating has inspired the launching of a new Web site, www.myhomeheating.com, from the Hydronics Industry Alliance, a coalition of members of the Hydronics Institute Division of GAMA.

Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) The Indoor Air Quality Association is an organization dedicated to promoting the exchange of indoor environmental information, through education and research, for the safety and well being of the general public.

International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration (IIAR) An organization that serves those who use ammonia refrigeration technology through education and advocacy.

Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) An organization representing companies that install the mechanical and plumbing equipment that makes commercial, industrial and institutional buildings livable, comfortable and functional.

Mobile Air Conditioning Society Worldwide (MACSW) A trade association dealing primarily with automotive and vehicle air conditioning that provides Section 609 certification.

National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) An organization dedicated to the proper cleaning and restoration of commercial and residential HVAC systems.

NAFA National Air Filtration Association (NAFA) The National Air Filtration Association is comprised of individuals and companies engaged in the sale, service and manufacture of the air filtration products.

National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) A trade association whose members include home builders and/or remodelers and a number of associates working in closely related fields within the housing industry, whose mission is to enhance the climate for housing and the building industry.

National Association of Oil Heating Service Managers (NAOHSM) An association devoted exclusively to education and the advancement of oil heat service professionals.

National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) NECA is the voice of the $100 billion industry responsible for lighting, power, and communication systems in buildings and communities across the United States.

National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) An international certification association for firms that deliver high performance building systems, whose members perform testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems, commission and retro-commission building systems, sound and vibration testing, and test and certify laboratory fume hoods as well as electronic and biological cleanrooms.

Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association (PHCC) The oldest national trade organization in the construction industry serving plumbing, heating and cooling contractors.

Radiant Professionals Alliance (RPA) An association consisting of manufacturers, distributors, contractors, reps and professionals who want to help shape the radiant heating and cooling future.

Refrigerating Engineers & Technicians Association (RETA) An international society of individuals and companies involved in the design, operation and service of industrial refrigeration systems.

Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association (SMACNA) SMACNA members perform work in industrial, commercial, institutional and residential markets. They specialize in heating, ventilating and air conditioning; architectural sheet metal; industrial sheet metal; kitchen equipment; specialty stainless steel work; manufacturing; siding and decking; testing and balancing; service; and energy management and maintenance.

South Florida Air-conditioning Contractors Association (SFACA) For over 25 years, the South Florida Air-conditioning Contractors Association (SFACA) has been helping HVACR suppliers and contractors of every size, type and description, to build their businesses into more productive, profitable enterprises.

RSES is the leading education, training and certification preparation organization for HVACR professionals.
