Minutes: The General Membership meeting of the Tri County RSES chapter was called to order by President Danny Henslee at 7:00 PM at Captain Ben's Seafood in New Braunfels, Texas on September 17,2014.  There were ten in attendance.      Secretary/Treasurer, Warren Wehe call Officer's Roll.  All were present with the exceptions of; Sergeant at Arms, Nathan Voigt, Director's Jamie Hatsfelt, and Doug Loomis.        Educational Chairman, Randy Newsom introduced the evening speaker, Robert Boesch, of NuCalgon.  Robert spoked on his Three Step Program to drive future sales in the service industry.  Danny valled the meeting for a five minute break at 8:00 PM.        Danny called the meeting back to order at 8:04PM.  Warren read the minutes of the April and May General Membership meetings.  Tim Taylor motioned we approve, Director Kyle Engler seconded, motion carried.         Vice President Mel Krauss spoke on the Continuing Education seminar, upcoming in October.  Danny recommended we forward this information to Joe Eaton, with Air Conditioning Today Newspaper.  Danny spoked on the possibility of a fall golf tournament.  Danny and Mel spoked on the upcoming Christmas Party and Awards ceremony.  Danny said all that wanted to remain or take a office position, should contact Warren asap. Danny addressed the need for a instructor for a Educational Class.  Anyone interested should contact Danny.  Warren state the chapter still needed a replacement printer, since the proposed donation for a replacement has never come through.  clifton Micheli motioned we purchased a new printer, Tim seconded, motion carried.  Danny adjourned the meeting at 8:30 PM.
