Minutes: The Tri County chapter of RSES was called to order at 7;00 pm on February 18, 2015 by President Danny Henslee ar River Hofbrau, in New Braunfels, Texas.  Sergeant At Arms, randy Newsom called Officers Roll.  All were present. in attendance.       Educational Chairman, Keith Williams introduced the evening speaker, Steve Woods, with Southwest Sales.  He introduced and spoke on the Mighty Bracket from Rectorseal, which was used to ease the installation and removal of the air handler on mini splits.  He spoke also and demonstated the Mini split Evaporator Coil Cleaning Kit.  Danny adjourned the meeting for a 5 minute break at 7:31 pm.       Danny called the meeting back to order at 7:37 pm.  Secretary/Treasurer Warren Wehe reported on the treasury, giving balances on the checking, savings, and money market accounts.  Warreb preceded to read the minutes from the November 19, 2014 general membership meeting.  Director, Nathan Voigt moved we approved as read, Randy seconded, motion carried.  Warren then read the minutes from the January 21, 2015 Educational Meeting.  Director Doug Loomis motioned we approved as read, Nathan seconded, motion carried.  all minutes were approved.      Vice president, Mel Krauss spoke on the need to sign a contract for the location of the 2016 RSES Christmas party, dued to the fact, the schedules were being filled rapidy by the Gristmill Restarant.  Randy stated he had access to communication for a possible educator/instructor for future RSES educational classes.   Nathan spoke on the upcoming EPA Certification on April 30, 2015.  Danny address the issue of whether we would offer a RSES picnic this year.  Nathan said he would chair such a event with the assistance of Danny, Mel, Keith, and Geno Medina.  Warren motioned we support Mel in his representation at Southwestern Regionals in Round Rock, by restitution in some of his expenses.  Nathan seconded, All approved.  Danny addressed the posibilty of a Annual Fishing trip, and Randy volunteered to Chair this year event.  Doug volunteered to assist Randy in this venture.   Doug also said he would looked into annual golf tournament.  Danny adjourned the meeting at 8:20 pm.
