Conference Deadlines Approaching

August 27th, 2015

The 78th Annual RSES Conference and HVACR Technology Expo is fast approaching and a number of deadlines are upon us.

The hotel deadline has been extended. The room block will now release at 12 midnight on Friday, Sept. 4. If reservations are not made before the deadline, you will likely not find a hotel within 30 miles under $279 per night. To ensure the group rate, conference guests must mention "RSES 2015 Annual Conference" and group code "RSE" when making reservations by phone at 847/928-7622 or register online now. (Regarding hotel extension, please note, the update to the verbiage on the hotel website has been submitted, but it may take 3-5 business days to be updated.)

The conference online registration deadline is Sept. 14. Please note, the RSES Chapter/Association Officer, Retired Member, Contractor Special Educational and Retired Member Family packages/programs ARE NOT AVAILABLE for online registration. For additional details and to register for one of these packages/programs, please review, complete and return the conference registration form.

For those looking to take a NATE exam during the RSES Conference, NATE exam pre-registration is required this year. To guarantee NATE exam availability, RSES must have your conference registration form by Sept. 7.

We have a fantastic group of educational topics and speakers scheduled throughout the conference.

In addition to the outstanding topics and educational speakers, we also have many other exciting events running throughout the conference. We will kickoff this year's conference with the third annual Battle of the Regions event.

We are also offering a great educational deal for contractors. For one flat price of $350, a contractor may send two or more technicians to all educational sessions from Tuesday-Saturday. Fill out our conference registration form today!

We look forward to seeing you this year!
