A Homeowner's Guide to the Basics

Hotel Energizes Efficiency with Chillers
The Verizon Hotel of Basking Ridge, NJ was experiencing inadequate comfort cooling from two existing air-cooled chillers and escalating service costs. The hotel is a 130,000 sq ft hotel and conference facility with 171 guest rooms, 21,000 sq ft of meeting space, a restaurant and bar.
