Event Details:

If you happen to be in the service business, then you know good customer service is of ultimate importance; above anything else you do.

As technicians, if we cannot keep our customers happy, then they move on. "Happy" meaning that a customer has trust in what we say and do, feels they are receiving good value for the work we invoice them for, and that their goals for us are being met, etc.

Our five-hour class is designed for new and existing technicians to better their relationship skills with customers in so many ways; from simply where and how to park your service vehicle to how to speak to customers and write service reports they can understand.

This class is one step toward making you the best technician a customer could ever want!

Lunch will be provided.
