This seminar will provide attendees with an overview of what is needed to maintain a property and addresses the reality that facilities management is a “do all position.”

Who Should Attend:
This seminar is designed for HVAC contractors, service technicians, installers, building and facility managers, maintenance managers, engineering managers, building service managers, building and grounds supervisors, maintenance supervisors, project managers, maintenance and repair technicians, students and instructors.

Resources:
There are no required or optional supplemental materials for this seminar.

Certificates:
Seminar attendees will receive a personalized certificate of completion if pre-registered (on-site registrants will have it mailed to them after the seminar). 

Testing:
Seminar attendees will have the option to take the following exams after the seminar:
   RSES Certificate Member  
   RSES Specialist Member
   EPA Section 608 Certification
   Universal R-410A Certification
   NATE series of exams 
  
Exam fees vary from $35 to $125. 

The NATE series of exams are available as electronic tests. Seminar attendees who would like to obtain immediate test results and take the exam electronically should bring a laptop computer and the necessary cords to the seminar.

Cancellation Policy:  RSES will issue a full refund, less a $100 administration fee, for cancellations received in writing at least 14 business days prior to the event.  Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event are nonrefundable.

Speaker:
This seminar will be led by Joseph Adeszko.  He has 35 years experience in the HVACR industry where he has worked as a service technician/installer in the residential, commercial and industrial markets in addition to being a service manager and national account manager for Johnson Controls and EMCOR.  Furthermore, Adeszko has more than 15 years managing critical data centers including Tier 4 data centers for clients that have worldwide locations.  He has more than 15 years experience teaching HVACR courses, including 13 years teaching at the college level.  Adeszko is a member of RSES, American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers and Stationary Engineers Local 399.
