Event Details: The seminar will begin with fundamentals such as determining loads and load controllers. It will continue with the symbols and functions of various switching actions of load controllers. The seminar will move onto control circuits: two-wire control with magnetic starters, timed circuits and interlock circuits. It will include ladder diagrams, sequence of operation and voltage tracing of circuits. “Hands on” tracing of actual schematics of rooftop AC units will be done to help understand individual circuits. Time permitting we will look at the Impedance Relay and Oil Failure Circuits.
