Minutes: The meeting was called to order by President Vav Valen CM. Previous meeting minutes were read and approved as read. The treasurer's report was given with a checking account balance of $4,941.03. Two CD's with a total of $7549.70. President Van Valen resigned as president because of health reasons. At this time the floor was opened for nomination for the President. Jerry Richey CMS nominated Rodney Pressley CM with a second by George VanValen. No other nominations at this time. Rodney will begin serving as of APRIL 15TH 2008. nO OTHER BUSINESS AT THIS TIME, MEETING ADJOURNED.
