Minutes: The General Membership meeting of the Tri County RSES chapter was called to order by President Danny Henslee, at 7:00 PM, at the TJ's Burgers restaraunt on October 15, 2014, in New Braunfels, Texas.  There was thirteen in attendance.  Officers Roll was called by Sergeant at Arms, Nathan Voigt.  All were present with the exception of Director, Jamie Hatsfelt.         Educational Chairman, Randy Newsom introduced the evenings speaker, Tim Truitt, of the HVAC Group.  Tim spoke on the wireless thermostat controls for the HVAC pro.   He spoke on easy, smart, professional zone controls.  He stated that it was easy to install, with no wires.   Danny called for a five minute break at 7:28 PM.         Danny called the meeting back to order at 7:36 PM.  Secretary/Treasurer, Warren Wehe read the minutes of the General Membership meeting from september.   Director, Doug Loomis motioned to approved as read.  Nathan seconded, Motion carried as read.         Danny introduced a guest for the evening, Keith Williams, outside sales of Solar Supply, in San Marcos, Texas.  Keith stated along with being outside sales for Solar Supply, San Marcos.  He was also the acting Branch Manager of the Solar Supply of Brenham, Texas.  Warren spoked on setting up a fourth account with RBFCU, to served as a "Transfer Account".  Doug motioned that we set up the fourt account, Vice President Mel Krauss seconded, Motion carried.  Danny spoke on the need to filled the 2016 slate of officers.  Danny accepted the position of President.  Mel accepted the position of Vice President.  Warren Wehe accepted the position of Secretary/Treasurer.  Rany Newsom accepted the position of Educational chairman.   Kyle Engler and Doug accepted the positions of Board of Directors.  This leaves two positions available, Sergeant at Arms, and Board of Director.  Danny and Me spoke on the upcoming Continung Education Seminar.  Danny spoke on the Coushatta Trip possibilities.  Warren asked that the discussion be tabled until future consideration.  Danny tabled discussion.  Mel reported on the upcoming Awards Ceremony and Christmas Party to be held on December 3, 2014, at the Gristmill Restaraunt.  mel reported on the Beyer boys 2nd Annual Beyer Boys Relay for Life Golf tournament to be held on October 23, 2014, at Canyon Springs Golf Club.  New member applicant Keith Williams was discussed and accepted into the chapter.  Doug Loomis motioned we accept as a member, Danny seconded, Motion carried.  Nathan swore Keith in a the latest new member.  Danny adjourned the meeting at 8:20 PM.
