Minutes: The Tri County chaper of the Refrigeration Servicemen, Engineers Society was called to order by President Danny Henslee at 7:08 pm at Morrison Supply, New Braunfels, Texas on January 21, 2015.  Srgeant at Arms, Randy Newsom called officers roll.  All were present with the exception of Director, Nathan Voigt.Educational Chairman, Keith Williams introduced the evening speaker, Bo Dingler, of Ecopro Solar Supply.  Bo spoke on solar panels, their expense, and their benefits, one which included high initial profit for the installler.  Bo said that the federal government offered tax credits to the consumer on the installation and hook up of solar panels.  Danny called for a 5 minute break at 7:47 pm.       Danny called the meeting back to order at 7;57 pm.  Secretary/Treasurer Warren Wehe read the minutes of the October 15, 2014 educational meeting.  Director Doug Loomis motioned that we accept the minutes as read.  Randy seconded, motion carried.  Danny spoke in general of the need to have volunteers as chairman for the following committees, Golf Tournament, Continuing Education Seminar, Educational Classes, Fishing tournanent, and re-instating the annual pickup.  Danny soke on the Southwestern Regional Association connference in Round Rock.  Danny motioned we support the Southwestern Regional with a $100.00 ad in their program.  Randy seconded, motion carried.  vice President Mel Krauss spoke on the manny different classes being promoted at the southwestern Regional, including the NATE and TDLR approved certification on Psychrometrics-Understanding and Manipulating.  Danny adjourned the meeting at 8:28 pm.
