    The General Membership meeting of Tri County RSES was called to order by President Danny Henslee, at 6:52 PM, at River Hofbrauhaus, on April 15, 2015.  Sergeant at Arms, Randy Newsom called Officer's roll. All were present, with the exception of Director, Doug Loomis. 

     Educational Chairman, Keith Williams introduced the speaker for the evening, Rick Engleking, Mars Motor representative.  Rick spoke on the Mars Azure motor the x-13 motor with ECM efficiency.  He also spoke on the Azure condensing motor with programmable capabilities of Votage, RPM's, and direction.  Danny called for a 5 minute break at 7:24 PM.


     Danny called the meeting back to order at 7:31 PM.  Secretary/Treasurer, Warren Wehe read the minutes of the March 18, 2015 meeting.  Director, Nathan Voigt motioned we approved as read, randy seconded, Motion carried, Minutes were accepted as read.


     Danny had Randy take new members outside, while he reviewed their applications.  nathan motioned we accept Grant Smith, and Nathan Henderson as members, Vice President accepted.  the new members were approved as members.  Randy gave the Oath of Membership to Grant and Nathan Henderson. 

     Danny had Nathan Voigt give the Picnic committee report.  Nathan stated the organization would provide the main entry, with a dessert competition to take place.  He stated the time would be from 10:00 AM thru 3:00 PM, on May 30, 2015.  The picnic would be held at Starcke Park in Seguin, with access to Volleyball Courts, Golf course, to be individuall signed up for, Washer Turnament to be officiated by Keith.   Swingsets would be close by, with a Jumping Castle to be provided by Geno Medina.  Serving time was set at 1:00 PM.  Keith said everyone should make the effort on bringing a member, or potential member. 

     Danny preceded to speak on the potential bid for the 2017 SWRA Conference, and Pre-Conference in September of 2016.

    Nathan spoke on the upcoming EPA608 certification that would take place on April 30, 2015.  He said he had 10 taking tests, with the potential, of up to 15.  Mel said he would be looking for assistance on the SWRA conference.

    Danny adjourned the meeting at 7:49 pm.
