President Brian Rabel called the meeting to order at 6:31 PM at Insco Distributing Inc., 2929 Longhorn Blvd, Suite 103, Austin TX.

President Rabel welcomed all in attendance.

Roll Call of Officers showed all were present.

Treasurers Report: James Poole, CM reported that all current obligations have been met and funds are available.

Minutes of previous meeting: October 14, 2021 were read by Stanley Domel, CMS. Ron Solomon, CM moved to accept the minutes as read. Second by Brian Rabel. Motion carried.

Old Business: James Poole, CM Nominating Chairman presented the Slate of Austin Chapter Officers for 2022. President: Brian Rabel Vice-President: Ron Solomon, CM Secretary: Stanley Domel, CMS Treasurer: James Poole, CM Sgt. At Arms: John Muntean Ron Solomon, CM moved to accept the Slate of Officers as presented. Second by Stanley Domel, CMS. Motion carried.

New Business: None

With no further business President Rabel adjourned the meeting at 7:45 PM.

RSES’ monthly magazine, RSES Journal, serves HVAC contractors, service technicians, students, operations/maintenance managers, engineers and technicians who work in the residential, light commercial, commercial and institutional markets on air conditioning, warm-air heating, refrigeration, ventilation, electrical, ice machines, chillers, hydronic heating, piping, refrigeration control and energy management, building automation, indoor air quality and duct cleaning, and sheet metal fabrication equipment and/or systems.
