New Additions to the RSES Team

Rolling Meadows, Ill. (Feb. 6, 2019) – RSES is pleased to announce the following recent additions to our team:

Bob Mader, the new managing editor of RSES Journal, has spent his career writing for heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration contractors for several magazines, including Contracting Business and CONTRACTOR. He plans to help guide the readers of RSES Journal through the exciting changes that are coming with smart, connected and hyper-efficient HVACR technology. He always believes that the industry’s best days are ahead of it.

Meredith Morales is the new Customer Service Representative – if you have called or emailed Headquarters, chances are she’s been the person who helped you. Meredith has more than 30 years of experience in customer service working in the restaurant, retail, and manufacturing sectors. As an outgoing “people person,” she is well equipped to help our members and affiliates get the most out of RSES.

Steve Vaughan is now the Membership and Marketing Manager. Steve’s background includes working as the Membership Manager of a large medical association, as well as managing communications and recruitment for a consumer market research group. His primary tasks are to help grow the society and create a better membership experience.
